LINENS - Guests will be charged for any linens ruined during stay as a result of misuse

FILTERS - Guests staying longer than 30 days are expected to change air filters in the home. Any HVAC repairs due to filters not being changed will be billed to guest

TRASH/RECYCLING - Trash is picked up weekly and recycling bi-monthly. Guests are expected to roll the cans to the street for pickup and roll the cans back after they have been emptied. Any city trash violations will be billed to guest.

HOME SETUP

The home is part of a triplex. There is the main unit (still under renovation) which comprises the first two floors of the main house, Unit C, which is on the third floor of the main house, and Unit B (this listing), which is a two floor unit at the back of the house.

The units have their own private entrances and share no interior space.

STAIRS

The unit is two levels so guests must be able to climb up one set of stairs and is not handicap accessible.

PARKING

There is one off-street parking space included in the parking area behind the home for regular sized vehicles only. No oversized vehicles including large trucks or SUV's will fit. Guests must park in the assigned space and must allow room for other vehicles to park in the other two spaces.

ESSENTIALS FOR YOU STAY

The unit is provided with a starter pack of essentials for your extended stay including toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, bath products, etc. If these items are depleted during your trip, it will be the guests' responsibility to purchase additional supplies for themselves.

CLEANING/LAUNDRY

The cleaning fee covers the cleaning upon guests departure. Guests are responsible for their own cleaning and laundry during their stay.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Your safety and comfort are our priority. In the unlikely event of a MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER FOR CHARLESTON COUNTY during your stay, rest assured that both the Owner/Host and the Property Management Company WILL REFUND 100% OF YOUR PAYMENTS for the dates of evacuation. Once refunded, neither party will have further liability regarding your Reservation.

Please note that ONLY MANDATORY EVACUATIONS WILL QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS. No other travel disruptions due to weather, whether in South Carolina or other states, are eligible. For protection, consider travel insurance, especially in high-risk months like hurricane season. Airbnb's insurance or other options are recommended.
