The spaceThe guest house has it's own entrance down a path adjacent to the main home. A 6 foot privacy fence surrounding the property will allow you to enjoy the beautiful Charleston weather in the backyard which has been dressed up with pavers and landscaping.

Your safety and comfort are our priority. In the unlikely event of a MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER FOR CHARLESTON COUNTY during your stay, rest assured that both the Owner/Host and the Property Management Company WILL REFUND 100% OF YOUR PAYMENTS. Once refunded, neither party will have further liability regarding your Reservation.
Please note that ONLY MANDATORY EVACUATIONS WILL QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS. No other travel disruptions due to weather, whether in South Carolina or other states, are eligible. For protection, consider travel insurance, especially in high-risk months like hurricane season. Airbnb's insurance or other options are recommended.
BUGS
As Charleston is situated in a warm, coastal climate it is possible to see insects inside or outside of the home at times. These include palmetto bugs, sand gnats, mosquitoes, ants, etc. Those who reside in the Lowcountry just accept this as part of living here but it may be unsettling for those from other areas. The home is treated regularly for pest control but this will not entirely eliminate insects from getting inside at times. Please do your best to not keep doors and windows open and not leave food or drinks out in the home as this will attract insects. FINDING AN INSECT IS NOT CAUSE FOR A REFUND.

Neighborhood overviewPark Circle, located in North Charleston, is an up-and-coming location with a lively dining and nightlife scene centered on East Montague Avenue. The Hunley submarine, which was lost for more than a century, is on display, plus artifacts found onboard when it was discovered. A butterfly garden and disc golf course at Park Circle, and Quarterman Park with a small lake, offer peaceful retreats.
