Guest accessGuests have access to the entire home with the exception of a locked owner's closet on the second floor and the garage which is also used for owner's storage.
Additional notesHOME
This is not a party house. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and the neighbors are to be respected. No exceptions!
Please read all of the house rules before booking. They will be strictly enforced.
POOL/HOT TUB CLEANING
The home has a pool and hot tub for your use and maintenance will be scheduled for them separately every Thursday or Friday, so guests should expect to see the cleaners on either of those days. The pool and hot tub are professionally cleaned ONLY once a week during season so please note that weekly cleaning may be schedule during your stay during normal business hours. If guests arrive towards the end of the weekly cleaning cycle they may want to “skim before they swim”, as it is possible that there may be some mild algae buildup as is typical for outdoor pools. A pool vacuum, skimmer, and brush are provided.
LANDSCAPING
Landscaping is done around every two weeks and not on an exact schedule so guests should anticipate that landscaping could be done during normal business hours at some point during their stay.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Your safety and comfort are our priority. In the unlikely event of a MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER FOR CHARLESTON COUNTY during your stay, rest assured that both the Owner/Host and the Property Management Company WILL REFUND 100% OF YOUR PAYMENTS for the dates of evacuation. Once refunded, neither party will have further liability regarding your Reservation.
Please note that ONLY MANDATORY EVACUATIONS WILL QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS. No other travel disruptions due to weather, whether in South Carolina or other states, are eligible. For protection, consider travel insurance, especially in high-risk months like hurricane season. Airbnb's insurance or other options are recommended.
INSECTS
As Charleston is situated in a warm, coastal climate it is possible to see insects inside or outside of the home at times. These include palmetto bugs, sand gnats, mosquitoes, ants, etc. Those who live in the Lowcountry just accept this as part of living here but it may be unsettling for those from other areas. The home is treated regularly for pest control but this will not entirely eliminate insects from getting inside at times. Please do your best to not keep doors and windows open and not leave food or drinks out in the home as this will attract insects. FINDING AN INSECT IS NOT CAUSE FOR A REFUND

Situated in one of the most convenient locations in all of Charleston, the home is only a stone's throw away from multiple local parks, a 10 minute drive to Downtown Charleston, and a 15 minute drive to Folly Beach.
