The spaceThe apartment has an open concept living area with a queen size sofa bed, love seat, pool table, and a dining table that accommodates everyone. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two full size beds. Make sure to bring the chef of the group, as they will love the modern and fully equipped kitchen for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Let’s not forget about the furnished private patio that sits at the rear of the apartment to spend your lazy afternoons.
The apartment is in the perfect location as it has close proximity to all of the following places and more.
Restaurants: Hall’s Chop House, Coast Seafood, Oku, Prohibition, The Darling Oyster (All within a few blocks of the apartment)
Bars: Frontier Lounge, Trio Club, The Ritual, and Big Gun Burger Bar are all on the same block as the condo.

Additional notes***Please be aware that this apartment is located DIRECTLY above FRONTIER LOUNGE and is adjacent to TRIO NIGHTCLUB and Big Gun Burger Shop and Bar. There WILL BE LOUD NOISE FROM LIVE MUSIC until 2am and the entry line for Frontier Lounge may extend past the front door of the condo. While the busiest nights for the lounge are Thursday-Saturday, we cannot guarantee that there will not be noise on other nights during the week. If you are here to enjoy the nightlife that Charleston has to offer this place is perfect, but is not suitable for those with children or others not looking to stay up late. Please book accordingly. No refunds will be given due to noise complaints.
The HVAC unit for the entire building is located in the condo, so there are times when the unit may need to be serviced in case of an emergency. We will always message you before sending someone.

In the unlikely event of a MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER FOR CHARLESTON COUNTY during your stay, rest assured that both the Owner/Host and the Property Management Company WILL REFUND 100% OF YOUR PAYMENTS. Once refunded, neither party will have further liability regarding your Reservation.
Please note that ONLY MANDATORY EVACUATIONS WILL QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS. No other travel disruptions due to weather, whether in South Carolina or other states, are eligible. For protection, consider travel insurance, especially in high-risk months like hurricane season. Airbnb's insurance or other options are recommended. We recommend looking into Airbnb's insurance or other alternatives.

Getting aroundWalking, Uber, Lyft, bike taxis, metered taxis, private sedans, all available. The apartment is in the middle of Charleston, so no need for a vehicle but we do have parking for one. If you do have more than one vehicle please let us know ahead of time so we can help you with arrangements.
