COMMUNITY HOA GUIDELINES

All guests must adhere to any of the community HOA guidelines which will be posted in the unit. Any violations resulting in fines will be charged to the guest and repeated violations can result in removal from the property

NO SMOKING/DRUG USE

This is a strictly non-smoking/no drug use property. Any guests found to be smoking or using drugs will be subject to a $1,000 fine and immediate removal from the property

NO UNAPPROVED GUESTS

There are to be no unapproved guests residing at the unit. Any unapproved guests are subject to a $1,000 fine and immediate removal from the property

NO UNAPPROVED PETS

One small dog is allowed pending approval and a pet fee. Any additional or unapproved pets found will be subject to a $500 fine and possible removal from the property

The unit is provided with a starter pack of essentials for your extended stay including toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, bath products, etc. If these items are depleted during your trip, it will be the guests' responsibility to purchase additional supplies for themselves.

In the unlikely event of a MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER FOR CHARLESTON COUNTY during your stay, rest assured that both the Owner/Host and the Property Management Company WILL REFUND 100% OF YOUR PAYMENTS for the dates of evacuation. Once refunded, neither party will have further liability regarding your Reservation.

Please note that ONLY MANDATORY EVACUATIONS WILL QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS. No other travel disruptions due to weather, whether in South Carolina or other states, are eligible. For protection, consider travel insurance, especially in high-risk months like hurricane season. Airbnb's insurance or other options are recommended. Long Grove at Seaside Farms condominiums are conveniently located in Mount Pleasant within steps of numerous shopping, dining, and lifestyle amenities, as well as being only few miles to Isle of Palms beaches. The condominium complex itself has community perks for guests such as an outdoor pool, fitness center, and clubhouse. Everything needed right out your front door!

- Right next to a Harris Teeter supermarket, the Shoppes at Seaside Farms, numerous dining options, and an F45 training gym
- 4 minutes from a Target
- 10 minutes to Isle of Palms beaches
- 13 minutes to Shem Creek
- 20-25 minutes to Downtown Charleston
Getting around
There are numerous shopping and dining options within walking distance but a vehicle will be needed to take full advantage of the Charleston area as public transportation is not convenient.

There is free parking in the shared surface lot in the condo complex.

Uber and Lyft operate throughout the Charleston area for when you want to leave your vehicle parked.
